Salesforce Customization

Client:
§  A Leading US based Healthcare Services Provider

    Challenges:

§  As part of the system client wanted to build features to capture denials data, case details, schedule different reminders for each stage of appeal and keep track of all the paperwork etc.

§  Client also needed to maintain his old data into the new applictaion.

§  Management was facing problems while generating reports for various business purposes.

   The Solution:

§  Clinical Denials Management System was built for the Customer. As part of one of their LOBs they also fight the Clinical Denial cases for Hospitals for which they may have worked as Case Managers. They also supported clients which were first timers with them.

§  This project also involved migration of Data from a legacy obsolete application which was their old system of records to Salesforce.

§  This was a complete custom solution built on top of their existing org which was extensively using Sales cloud and Service cloud with some level of customizations.

   Benefits:
§  Productivity of the Case Managers increased manifolds.

§  Now they could manage all the information from just one system which also increased the efficiency in Billing and Invoicing as the entire data was available in Salesforce.

§  All the Account wise Revenue and P/L information was available to the Senior management with the enhanced reporting provided.

§  The system was fully automated to track the schedules and communications sent to different agencies involved in the Clinical Denial processing.


§  Different forms required were auto generated using merge fields and templates which saved lots of agent time in filling up the information.
